Harbor Marble and Granite LLC

On April 5th 2023, I had Harbor Marble and Granite install a granite piece, which turned out to be a complete disaster. Two individuals were sent by the company to install the granite, but unfortunately, they started off by running their truck into my basketball hoop that was in my driveway. Instead of checking their parking, they hit the hoop and dragged it on the pavement, causing scratches all over the floor. Had the hoop not been there, they would have rear-ended my garage. The granite space for the cooktop was cut outside my house, but unfortunately, the guy who did the cutting made it too short, which caused it not to level with the microwave. I paid the full amount before scheduling the delivery of the granite. I advise you to NOT do this. Also, they requirement directly from your bank and not via credit card. This is a major red flag as you cannot complain to your credit card company. If any issues arise, you have already made the full payment. The way they dealt with the situation was terrible. Instead of taking responsibility, apologizing, and finding a solution to reimburse me for the damage to my basketball hoop, they began ignoring me. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and contacting their insurance to cover the losses. If anyone has any questions, please let me know, and I can provide screenshots of conversations and pictures. There are countless granite companies. Even if you have to pay a little more, use a company thats trustable and values customer service and do not make full payment until job is completed. These reviews are from family and friends. They were very professional. The work was beautiful. They took the time to clean the marble to a perfect shine and even through tin a free chopping board.

Everything went very smoothly. I had to handle things remotely because I was out of town. They answered all of my questions quickly, sent pictures as requested. Followed up on some last-minute changes. I have no complaints with any of the work they provided. They were also several hundred dollars cheaper than several competitors.

The service was overall phenomenal. Originally, I submitted a request for butcher block countertops because I did not want to pay for anything super expensive in the laundry room. Hernan called and asked if he could text me photos of marble and granite he had on sale. He was super patient and we agreed to have to job measured the following week. They showed up exactly on time, brought samples and less than a week later installed my gorgeous marble countertops. The work is really superb. I could not be happier with the entire process and will have them back when we renovate our kitchen. Call these guys. You won’t be disappointed! Very fast. Very professional. Great quality.

Harbor Marble and Granite LLC did a fantastic job installing our quartz countertops. The level of professionalism and customer service exceeded my expectations. I was able to select the quartz slab that I wanted and did I mention that I didn’t break the bank? The quality and the price can’t be beat!
