We used Guillermo for the past year or so during the lawn season. It was great at first, with some issues showing up on time but he showed and did good work. This season my grass is now nearly two feet between rain days and waiting on him to show up on dry days. He has been unresponsive and unreliable. I am writing this today after rescheduling yet again and he is an hour and a half late and it will be dark soon so I assume he is a no show again. I had found someone else to do the work today and cancelled as my husband has some unfounded faith in this guy for some reason. After today I am done. Preholiday weekend and our grass looks atrocious.

He made suggestions during the projects, which I found quite helpful! His work was beautifully done; just unbelievable! He was also reasonably priced. The patio he installed was $10,000 cheaper than the next quote! Overall, I always have a great experience with Rivera!
