F. Chavez Painting and General Contracting Company first repaired rooted wood, power washed and painted the exterior of my home this summer and did an excellent job. My house looked beautiful. In the process of completing the work, I was impressed by the attention to detail, the timeliness of the work and the reasonable pricing for the work done. Before I could even make Mr. Chavez aware of a particular area that needed a touch up, he had already gone back to complete it. If he said he was going to arrive for work by 8:00 am., he was pulling up to the front of my house by 8:00 am. Secondly, because he did such a great job on the exterior, I asked him to come back and repair the water damage to the ceiling in my basement recreation room. Again--an excellent job. When done, it was hard to tell that there was ever any damage. They covered the carpet with plastic before starting and did a good job of cleaning up after the job was done. Lastly, because Chavez and company did such a great job on the exterior and the ceiling in the basement, I asked him to renovate three bathrooms in my home at the same time. The work was completed on Wednesday and I am beyond pleased with the outcome. Several things impressed me the most: 1. Each day, his team got to my home on time between 8:00-8:15 am to start the job. If there was a delay, Mr. Chavez texted me. 2. They wore masks, covered my floors with cloth and cleaned up at the end of each day. 3. Even though Mr. Chavez was not at my house every day for the duration of the project, his team was…. Monday through Saturday except for holidays. His team is mainly family members that included his wife or people that he seemed to have a personal relationship with. They all had the same impressive work ethic as Mr. Chavez, and all seemed to take pride in their work as if they were signing their names to the areas of work they had completed. He didn’t have to be here everyday because he could have confidence in the quality of their work. 4. The tiling in the shower and tub surround and the ceramic floor tile installation was impressive. 5. They took time to ask my preference first if they had questions about any aspect of the project. 6. They worked with me when items I ordered didn’t arrive on time or if I requested a change from the original request (which I tried not to do unless it was necessary.) 7. If there was something I didn’t like, they worked to remedy the situation. 8. They shined mirrors, cleaned surfaces, and made the bathroom sparkle when they completed the project. Overall, the results of my bathroom renovation exceeded my expectations. On the final walk through, I applauded. I told his wife that I hesitated to tell anyone about the great work they do because it may make it hard for me to get them back for additional projects I have planned. (I was half joking and half serious…..it’s not much they don’t do.) I highly recommend F Chavez Painting and General Contracting, and I plan to have them back soon to complete other projects in my home.

What an excellent company!! Their prices are fair & the quality of the work was exceptional!! Teams arrived on time & worked quickly, while never sacrificing quality or attention to detail. Also, Mr. Chavez was flexible & accommodating when I requested a small change to the originally planned work. I give F. Chavez Painting my highest recommendation!!

Fabian and his team of painters did an excellent job. They were near the time projected and got right to work. I would and actually do plan on hiring them in the future for some additional painting efforts.

The work went well. The drywall repairs and painting were done expertly, on time and on budget. Very professional. Very pleased!
