Excellent experience. First, when I called at the last minute, I received the exact date of service I needed. Secondly, the technician for Chappell arrived right on schedule. We discussed the job and he began to work. He was very respectable and professional. He did an excellent job and explained to me what he was doing, in reference to removing spots from the carpet. When he completed the job, my carpet was not only clean but it also smelled good.

I was in a major crunch on a major 33K sq.ft. project because the original cleaners fell flat. I called on a Sunday morning and by the afternoon CCS was on the scene and hard at work. They were able to leave the space spotless and perfect for the client’s first day of business that Monday! Amazing to work with and tremendous job! They are my “go to” for all my future projects.

I contacted Ms. Chappelle several weeks ago due to the fact that she lived in my local area. Tanya and her crew of 4 other women arrived promptly at 10 am our scheduled start time and cleaned the home from top to bottom in 2.5 hours. This also included cleaning all baseboards, the fridge, and stove. As an additional treatment they added shiner to my hardwood floor that made them glisten and I truly appreciate. Overall I thought the service was amazing and I would use them again.

Chappell's crew arrived a little earlier than scheduled which was great! Mccadie came in and split up throughout the house. They played low mellow while they cleaned which was mat. They asked questions about my preparedness which I appreciate .Before they left Tonya asked me to look around and see if their service wet my expectation.

Chappell's Cleaning is very professional and responsive. After the first cleaning Ms. Chappell requested feedback and addressed each of the areas I mentioned in her second and third cleanings. In particular Chappell's Cleaning does a fabulous job on the kitchen, bathroom, and hardwood floors! I love coming home to the sparkling stainless appliances in the kitchen. She does an amazing job removing all the fingerprints and water marks and they stay clean for at least a week after her cleaning! The master bathroom also always sparkles after she cleans with some serious elbow grease to remove the scum in the shower! The hardwood floors also shine brilliantly for a week after she polishes them!

Chappell's does an amazing job with the attention to detail and taking care of the small things, which in my experience the standard cleaning services do not address. For example, Chappell regularly empties my trash cans, folds my blankets and throws strewn about the room, cleans inside my microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine, and dusts my ceiling fans and window blinds!

Although I find Chappell's Cleaning priced higher than her competitors, in comparing notes with my neighbors I am definitely getting a higher quality clean and from a trusted source as it is just Ms. Chappell and one other individual who cleans my home.
