Appliance Repair
When entering my problem, they were the first to respond. The serviceman arrived and provided the cost for doing the repair. The ice maker was installed and it produced ice - -but never stopped making ice. I contacted the company and the serviceman came out and said that the on/off switch freezes. So in order to start or stop the ice making process I must turn off the refrigerator - -get a hairdryer to blow hot air on the switch to unfreeze it -- and then restart the unit. This is the only solution that was offered. I have attempted to contact the company but they no longer respond to my calls.
