Bell Appliance Repair

Bell Appliance inspected the washer and dryer and determined what parts were needed to repair both machines. They left and said they would be back to install the new parts. They never showed up to do the actual repair and never contacted me with a status update. I have filed a complaint with the credit card company about not receiving the agreed to services.

Excellent service! Mr. Bell came out same day to repair my refrigerator resulting in no loss of food. Affordable and responsive. I highly recommend Bell Appliance Repair.

This company was 2 1/2 hours late on the initial appointment. Then they whey 4 1/2 to 5 hours late for the next appointment. Doing that appointment he asked my permission to chip and break a part of the appliance in order to get to the part they needed to remove and replace with new. Which called for an additional appointment to replace the part that he had to break. Once that part was replaced the appliance still did not work and needed other parts that they could not guarantee to fix it. I ended up replacing the appliance.

Justin was amazing and so very helpful and concerned about my dilemma with installation and like a pro he took over with what Home Depot couldnâ  t do and installed washer and dryer and guaranteed his work. He was truly amazing and will recommend to everyone and will call if I need additional work done. Canâ  t say enough about him and the day you call he is there to help the same day if possible.

Mr. Bell spent a considerable amount of time testing the dryer to try to ascertain the problem. All tests showed no problems. He then vaccumed the vent at the back of the dryer, and that did the trick. He charged me only for the vaccumming even though he had spent a good deal of time checking out the dryer. Mr. Bell is very knowledgeable and reasonably priced.
