A Touch Of Class Caterers

Food and service were excellent. Owner personally attended which provided extra value.

I cannot emphasize the degree of confidence for this caterer. She was so good, and everyone loved the food. Everyone enjoyed it and asked for her name and business card. We had an issue with another caterer that we were supposed to use and she was able to put it all together in 3 days. She's on my A list.

A Touch of Class assisted from the start helping design a menu appropriate for the honoree and anticipated crowd. They also provided ideas and personal assitance with ideas which could potentially assist in making the event more memorable. They kept constant contact with us and remained available for any acute changes in needed to be made in the planning process. They went above and beyond in providing the items they contracted and additional items not initially contracted which they felt could be beneficial. The day of the event, they arrived early and made the their professional presence known immediately. They were invisible during the event yet their presence was clearly felt. As mentioned earlier, they cleaned up after the event and assisted with other areas of the clean up not designated to them. I could not have been more satisfied with their service.

Efficient with the set up. Lovely presentation. Had great tasting crab balls and chicken. The fresh fruit platter was a major hit! There were even fresh cherries (white and red)! The caterer made our party an enjoyable affair to remember! They were prefect! We will certainly use them again.

We originally did not have a referral for any caterer for an upcoming Town meeting on 4/18/13. We were referred to "A Touch Of Class" caterers by members of committee on 4/13/13 that had used their service in the past. Due to the short amount of time remaining, we contacted the Ms B Marks on Monday (4/15/13) in a panic, as we needed to get a menu, and price estimate based on approxiamately sixty participants. Ms Marks was able to provide send us menu selections along with pricing based on our estimated head-count within one day. We were able to agree on terms within one day and signed a contract by 4/17/13.

"A Touch Of Class" caterers provided us with an excellent buffet-style service with large selection of food. Our food choices included pasta salad, chicken wings, meatballs, fresh fruit, croissants, and assorted desserts. Ms Marks personally catered the event for us, and the service was a big hit. All of the food was fresh and delicious with very generous portions. We'd like to thank Ms Betsy Marks and "A Touch Of Class caterers" for quick response and outstanding service.
