From my first inquiry to the follow up after the install, George was very responsive, prompt and punctual. He came out, looked things over, explained my options and made good recommendations for what size generator and transfer switch would fit my needs. George also gave me a price for hooking up a generator that I was considering purchasing online. Since I had already decided on a Generac brand and that was what he planned to supply, I decided to save myself the hassel and let him do the entire install from ordering to hookup. Workmanship was excellent. The area around the generator pad was surrounded with an attractive white stone gravel. He installed a post to support the electric connection into the house, as well as the propane fuel line. The transfer switch is well labelled, connections inside and out are tight and the work area was left tidy, no cleanup necessary on my part. Since the generator is propane powered, the fuel hookup was taken care of by a propane gas supplier. George placed the generator but when the propane guy came out he said that the generator had to be moved a few feet. The details of why are irrelevant, what is relevant is that I was not placed in the middle of a disagreement between contractors. George spoke with the gas guy and the next day came out and took care of it. A few days after the job was done George called to ask if everything was up to my expectations. Overall an extremely professional experience. Best part, about a week after installation I came home from work and heard the generator running. The utility power had been out for a while but the standby kicked on just like it was supposed to.
