I like the tech that comes out -- Kim. We came home one night to find an infestation of large ants. I called a lot of companies and the only one that said that they could come out ASAP was this company. After they treated, I've never had any other bug issues; I've been with them ever since. They'll come as a part of my service whenever I do have an issue outside or inside, but I've only had concerns about the bugs outside.

We have been using them since we moved here in 2004. They will come out for extra services in between quarterly treatments if needed. Once time I called them in between because there were bees in the yard. They were able to come out immediately to resolve the issue. I have a small dog and nothing they have used has ever made her ill. I have also never been aware of any odors in the house when they have been spraying. I’m not been invaded by anything and the treatments are affective.

I have been using them for eight years. I feel comfortable and safe with the people they send out. They identify themselves and come in marked vehicles. I have not made any price comparisons. I do not have any more bugs in my house.

They were better the last time I used them.
