The entire remodeling process lasted one month, but the major work, except for the countertop and sink, was completed in just a few days. Ed (assigned to us through a contract with Lowe's) and a colleague did the cabinetry, the trim, the wood floor, and the backsplash. The work was nearly flawless. The electrical and plumbing contractors Ed used were also exemplary. We couldn't be happier with the work done. All the work was done as promised and in a timely manner, and they thoroughly cleaned the work area each time. With the completion in a month's time, we were delighted to be back up and running. We would highly recommend Ed to anyone.

Ed Spellman's company was the subcontractor use when I purchased countertops from Lowe's in Timonium. He arrived on time and was very efficient. He recommended a cabinet that would fill a space created when I removed my old over the stove microwave. Ed even fixed a sliding patio door that had come off the track. Once the materials were available an appointment for installation was made. The crew was polite and hardworking. The job was complete in no time. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use his company again.

His name was Ed Spellman. It was a pretty good experience. He was a great guy and we trusted him. He was real easy to work with. He got the work done very quickly. We were really only without a kitchen for 3 1/2 weeks, which really threw us. It was fantastic. He was quick and did what he said he was going to do. He was a nice guy. We liked the work he did. There were some finer details he could have done better but we are also in an old house so he had to do a lot of workarounds. We have recommended him. We would absolutely use him again.

This is my first remodeling project and it could not have gone better. The budget was spot on with the estimate, the contractor (Ed Spellman) was very flexible with scheudling the job and everything was installed within the estimated timeline. I especially appreciated how Mr. Spellman was very friendly and responsive to my questions about the project. He offered great suggestions and was very willing to go along with my requests. The owner of the business, Mr. Spellman, estimated the job and was on site every day doing the work along with his guys. Both of the subcontractors Mr. Spellman used for electrical and plumbing work were top notch. Absolutely no complaints. I will use Spellman contracting again.

ALL WORK WAS DONE AT HIGH QUALITY AND REASONABLE PRICE. ED AND HIS WORKERS WERE VERY COMPETENT AND FRIENDLY. THEY WERE CONSIDERATE OF OUR PERSONAL PROPERTY AND I WOULD HIRE THESE GUYS AGAIN.
