They have a typical protocol for a house fire. Literally, we called them and they were at our door within the first 30 minutes of our phone call. My insurance paid for it and it was ridiculous. I don't know what typical charges occur, but it was something crazy like $40,000.00. They were thorough and prompt and courteous; everything positive about them. My interaction with them was positive and good. They were great and very thorough. I would describe them as professional, thorough, responsive, with good attention to detail, and they were obviously good at what they do.
Description of Work: We had an electrical house fire that was due to a third party and we had an emergency fire service come through and clean our house and do all of the dry cleaning and everything like that. Whatever services they do.
