ROBYN'S SEPTIC SVC

Robyns Septic was hired to locate and inspect a septic tank.  The representative came out and couldn't locate the tank.  I mentioned several times that he try in an area that was between the two clean outs and looked like the obvious location.  He refused to look in that location and continued to prod everywhere else.  He told us that we needed to hire someone else to come out and locate he tank and then he would come back and inspect.   Another company was hired and the tank was located exactly where I had suggested.  Robyns Septic then came back and charged an additional fee.  I called the owner to complain about the lack of responsiveness to my suggestion and to ask for a refund to cover the expenses paid to the other company and she became extremely angry and belligerent.  She said her company had all the tools necessary to locate the tank and she coudn't believe that we hired someone else.   I tried to tell her that we only called another company because her employee told us to.   He told me specifically that the tools she mentioned would be like "flushing money down the toilet."    She didn't believe me and said her employee would never have said that.   I tried to calm her down but she wouldn't listen, spoke over me and was extremely rude.  She kept repeating that we should have paid her representative to locate the tank with the other resources they had available and was angry that we hired someone else.  I finally hung up on her.   I will not use them again.
