The guy was only here for about 2 hours. He had what he needed and he knew what he was doing. He got the new pump in and I was back in business. The Peytons came out and messed around for about half a day and told me they couldn't fix it and left. The guy did it quickly and he knew what he was doing. If I had any plumbing problem they would be the first one I would call.

Premier Plumbing were very friendly. Bruce spent a lot of time talking with me explaining the problems and what was going on. He was also good at taking suggestions. We gave each other feedback on different options. He was willing to listen to the me as a customer.

I GOT A QUOTE FORM A DIFFERENT COMPANY WHO WAS HIGHER, AND WOULD TAKE MORE TIME. THEY WANTED TO REPLACE ENTIRE SYSTEM. PREMIER DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, AND FIXED WHAT NEEDED DONE WITHOUT ANY EXTRA. VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND REPSONSIVE.
