It was a good experience and they did a good job. They were neat, prompt and put everything back after they moved it. They had to come back but their price was comparable to other companies.

I cannot praise Ken and his work enough.  First of all, I called the afternoon the hurricane was leaving the area and Ken's office said they would have him get right back to me.  He called within probably 20 minutes.  I explained our situation and he asked if it would be ok to come to our house that SAME night at 7 or 8 pm.  Not only was it okay, but I thanked him for his immediate response.  I truly expected to have to wait a couple of days (there was a lot of local flooding from the storm).  He called when he was on his way and he told me he was traveling 68 miles from another customer so he gave me an ETA.  I was very appreciative.  He arrived, assessed the water in the basement and got right to work.  After extracting all the water, he and his crew set up many fans, a dehumidifier and sprayed a totally safe and green product for potential mold.  He came back each day to check on the progress of the drying out.  He used scientific measuring tools for humidity, etc.  He always called before he came just to make sure we would be home and that the time was convenient.  He is professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with.  He is also conscientious and meticulous; he goes the extra mile.  Also, he works with your insurance company to get your claim settled.  I only had to pay our deductible to him.  I would recommend him to everyone.
