The person I first talked to has a sister across the street, and she is very aware of the minerals in the water in the area.  that was a confidence builder.  I was not at my Mom's when they came.

They were very prompt and solved the issue. They told me if I had any issues in the future just to call. He was very very helpful.

The Dealer contacted me within the hour. Met with me after hours and conducted a water test of our water. Bruce Woody's knowledge of water purification, etc is vast to say the least. I wasn't sure what I needed--softener, GAC filter, reverse osmosis, whole house treatment, etc. Bruce explained what each product does and what I can expect for results. Bruce also steered me away from adding to many products and didn't try to oversell me anything. His recommendations actually saved us hundreds of dollars! Gave us a great price and threw in the whole house pre-filter ($175 value) for free. We signed the paperwork and 3 days later they installed our water softener and prefilter. Will definitely use this company again.

THE COMPANY HAS ME ON A CALL UP LIST FOR A ONE YEAR CHECK AND REPLACEMENT ON OUR WATER SYSTEM. THEY ARE VERY ACCURATE AND EVERY DECEMBER CALL ME LETTING ME KNOW MY SERVICE IS DUE. THEY SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THAT VERY DAY WHEN THEY CALL ME.

I USED TO HAVE CULLIGAN, BUT WHEN MY SYSTEM NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, I CHOSE RAINSOFT EQUIPMENT. THE EQUIPMENT IS MADE BETTER AND THE SERVICE IS VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THEY CALL ME TO REMIND ME THAT SERVICE IS DUE.
