Did the job within the time promised. Quality is yet to be determined, too early to tell, but everything looks good enough. Did not do a good job in cleaning up after the job was done. Both my wife, and I, each, had a flat tire from roofing nails that were left on the drive way, Two of my security light fixtures were damaged during the installation of the roof/ gutters. The lawn was badly damaged in two different spots from the heavy equipment, delivery truck, and dumbester. I contacted Scott, the company owner, numerous times, and I was promised numerous times to have my lawn fixed. I did not demand a replacement to the light fixturs, or for the cost of repairing the two flat tires, hoping to just get the lawn fixd. I got nothing. Tried to contact him several times, with no avail.
He was not the most expensive contractor I contacted. Sometimes I wonder if I should have hired a more established compamy, even if it was more expensive, one that would respect its customers and care more about its reputation...

We were very happy with the work. They came on time and replaced the deck in the time expected. After the work was done, the area was clean and neat. About 4 months after completion a board came loose, we called and Steve came that week to fix it. The deck looks beautiful and is easy to maintain. Kalista was very professional and we would recommend them highly.
