I paid them $275 in August to kill a hornet's nest below our shed. They came out twice about 1 1/2 weeks apart, and neither treatment had any effect. I'm not even convinced they actually came onsite for the 2nd treatment and I'm pretty sure they left a card on the door but lied about treating. After the first treatment, there was a whole bunch of white powder under the shed EXCEPT the corner where the hornets were coming from. After most of the powder had washed away with rain, I called a week later and said the hornets hadn't been affected by their first treatment, so they "came back" while I was at work. They left another card that said it was treated with Delta dust, but there was no additional white powder around the shed like the first time, and the hornets still hadn't been affected. I should have called again but wife and I got sick with COVID and had other priorities. Because of the lack of white powder after the 2nd treatment, I truly believe they lied about it AND there was NEVER a reduction in hornet activity at any point.The temp is dropping for the fall now so the hornets will die off naturally. Home Paramount will never get my business again.

Great. Frank, technician, showed up on time. VERY professional and pleasant. Frank has been taking care of our house for years. We live in a very rural area and pests are hard to control. Home Paramont does a great job and very responsive.

We have two separate contracts with Home Paramount. One for termite prevention and one for quarterly pest control. The company calls ahead of time to set up appointments and the technician will call before arrival. The technicians arrive within the service window. The technicians are professional and courteous. They answer the questions we have and will explain the process.

I am always very happy with my service. The same technician comes to my home so we have built up a rapport and he is always very friendly and professional. The technician who comes for termite inspection is also the same. They always call a few days before they come so you have the opportunity to change the time and if I need them to come for additional spraying theyare always available within a few days.

I have an annual contract for pest control and termite control with them. They come out quarterly. My most recent bill was for $92. I would recommend them because they keep on top of your contract services. They come out within a day or two if you need any special treatments done. They will work around your schedule. They are also very polite, courteous, and clean. I will continue to use them.
