Paul Biven, the rep of this company, should be fired. To begin, he arrived two hours late; then, after "repairing" my electronic car door lock, the problem returned immediately after he left. When notified of the problem, Mr. Biven said he would return the next day and remedy the problem. When he failed to respond or call, I called him at which he stated I would be the first job on his list the following day. Again, he did not show or call, would not answer when I called or respond to messages left. Most rude and discourteous company/rep I have ever dealt with, and or course no mention of reimbursement has been made. NO ONE SHOULD EVER CONSIDER HIRING THIS COMPANY.
