extremely disappointing. They allowed for the damage to sit in our house for a week for example the wet rugs which caused an odor. A lot of condensation and warping of the cabinets and couches. If the water damaged goods were removed immediately than some stuff may have been restored. They may have been understaff but it was just a big disappointment.

I called Duraclean shortly after an Industrial Hygienist confirmed my suspicion of mold. Duraclean's owner Rick, came out to assess the job and provided a quote in a timely manner. Rick took the time to explain the job and answer questions. He was extremely knowlegeable, professional and straightforward. Duraclean was available to start the project shortly after my call to begin. Rick showed up with his team to start the job even though his company is located a considerable distance from my home. The crew leader, Jason, was knowlegeable, hardworking, neat and thorough with all of his mold remediation work. He didn't miss anything. The Duraclean staff, I felt, took pride in their work, were trustworty, cared about me as a consumer. Thank goodness I had them to help me through this.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE CARPET CLEANING THAT DURACLEAN BY CRISS DID. THEY MOVED THE FURNITURE AND PLACED IT BACK FOR ME. THEY WERE ON TIME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. I FELT THAT FOR THE SERVICE THEY DID A GREAT JOB.

PAUL CAME TO CLEAN THE CARPETS. HE WAS ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS THEIR CARPET CLEANED!
