Allen was extremely professional, his staff when I called was very responsive and helpful.  I would use them again!

We dealt with the owner of the company, Allan, and he was extremely helpful and easy to deal with. He assisted us in making a claim with our homeowners insurance and his crew performed the work quickly and efficiently. The only down side for us was that he waited to do the roof until our next door neighbor also signed with him (we live in a townhouse), which delayed the work by a couple of weeks. Overall, we would recommend this company and would gladly use this company again.

Quote was perhaps not the lowest, but not significantly different, and the care and quality of work more than made up for any extra cost. Work done and cost in line with original estimate. No niggling and quot;extras.and quot; Communication on cost and progress was excellent. We feel that the response and quality of work were worth every penny.

Probably could turn house over and float it as an ark after this roofing job.

The response from Allan Gibbons, Castle Road's Owner, was excellent and he was on the job about 90% of the time working on the roof and seeing that things were done correctly. He also had an excellent crew who were careful, polite and cleaned up well as the work progressed over the course of each day and at the end of the day. Care was taken about plantings and windows. Never expected to say this at the end of a roofing job, but they were a pleasure to have around. Allan and his crew treated the house and plantings with the same care we would have if we were doing the work.

They took care to remove and replace roofing on each section in-turn with an eye to the weather. At the end of each day's work, the roof was water tight without resorting to unsightly and potentially troublesome tarps.

Everything was good. They were timely. They got the job done in two days, which is how long they said it would take. There was some variable costs for replacing some wood material on the roof. That wasn't outrageous. I was hoping they wouldn't try to rip me off for the variable costs, and they didn't.

CASTLE ROAD CONSTRUCTION REMOVED THE OLD SHINGLES AND REPAIRED THE WOODEN ROOF. THEN REPLACED THE SHINGLES WITH NEW. I WAS VERY PLEASED AND SATISFIED. THEY WERE VERY FAST AND RELIABLE.

WE WERE QUITE PLEASED WITH CASTLE ROAD CONSTRUCTION. THE WORKERS WERE EXPERIENCED AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY REMOVED OUR OLD GUTTERS AND HAULED THEM AWAY. THEY REPLACED THE GUTTERS WITH NEW ONES. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CASTLE ROAD CONSTRUCTION.
