Blue River Pool Services LLC

I have used this company for more than 6 years. Quality, responsiveness and professionalism has gone down hill. I last used them to open my pool in May 2020 only to have them come back and fix things they should have taken care of at the time of opening. My pool deck was a mess, covered in DE after they vacuumed it. There is no quality control if you have an issue. I will not use ever again.

They came the first time and I thought they're did a great job, but we had the tie that opens and closes the pool previously, had to cut the back that feed off the alarm, it goes around the cover, so we had to buy a new wire and the handle that they used to put it on. They came back and put that wire on and I think they did a half-assed job. So my evaluation to them is mediocre. They're price is reasonable. I'm going to give them one more shot.

We have been using Blue River for 4 years. They do an excellent job. They are always very responsive and reasonably priced. Our pool was already in place when we bought our house and it has needed multiple repairs- Chris always comes right out as soon as you call with an issue and they are always very prompt in fixing the problem

Blue River was recommended to us by our pool builder to open and close. We do all our own maintenance during the season, but feel better having it professionally opened and closed. We have used them for two seasons (two openings and two closings). All were done promptly and completely. They are neat, friendly and very thorough. They also explained to us what they were doing and why, in case we ever wanted to close ourselves. They even take the time to fold our mesh safety over and put it away, and they do not skimp on necessary chemicals or antifreeze. At opening, our pool looks great within a matter of 2 - 3 days. Very efficient, and we've already called to schedule our opening for 2014 in May.

Contacted Chris , who arranged appointment. After a couple of reschedules due to schedule conflicts and weather issues, his team arrived and got to work. They where very professional and took time to answer all of our questions . Work was done in a quick amount of time with much attention being paid to every detail. I will definitely be contacting them to do my reopening in the summer. As for the service and price you can not do better.

Blue River Pool service was recommended by a friend who has used them for years. We'd been using a different pool service, and 3 times had had problems with them (they built our pool and serviced it, and had vowed to change services).
we ordered the pump, thought we could install it. but could not. we were in a tough position and concerned we may have to replace the water if we could not get the pump fixed quickly, or go through a painful period of reshocking the pool, etc.
Called Blue River this am, the service man came out this morning and in 20 min had installed our pump.
We found out the reason we could not do it, was because the previous pool company had glued the pump to the motor (Blue River said they had NEVER seen this before).
We will now be using them to close our pool, at a better price than our previous pool service who's service was mediocre..
they are a small company and came highly recommended.
