We had an intitially great experience with Jeff at WW Bath Designs, but the follow up was terrible. We went to his store because he had a good bathroom showroom to help us with ideas. And he was very helpful in discussing options with us. Because of his help, we decided to order all the fixtures and tile through him, even though we had lined up an independent contractor. He even gave us a 20% discount on everything. After placing our order, though, our experience soured. He either deliberately misled us about when different things would arrive or was sloppy in those estimates, leading to frustration with our contractor. And worst of all, he simply never answered his phone or returned our calls. Ever. Incredible that he is still in business with customer service like that. After stalking him over 3 weeks to get our stuff from him, (including sending our contractor to just wait outside his door), after a shouting match on the phone, and after him promising to drive the stuff over himself "by noon" one day and never arriving or calling, we finally got all our stuff. Bathroom is done, and looks great, but there must be many more satisfying places to work with.
