Mr. Little came over to check out our project ideas and land layout.  We gave Mr. Little our sketch of the floor plan for our addition.  In less than a week, we had preliminary drawings.  Amazing!  We made changes to those plans which he, again, turned around in just days.  When I emailed a few last changes, the finished plans were in my possession in less than 3 hours!
These architects are thorough, creative, and excellent problem solvers.  They are knowledgeable about the intricacies of the permitting process.  At one point we made a change and then, after revised plans were made, decided to remove the change.  I sort of expected some "groaning".  But, instead, they were professionally accommodating and quickly redrew the plans.
I had the opportunity to meet one of Mr. Little's employees, a gal named Jennifer. I think she said that she had worked for Mr. Little for about 5 or 6 years.  And she LOVES working there.  When employees are happy with their employment, that speaks volumes to me about the company.
This was our first ever experience with an architect.  But, should we (or anyone we know) ever need an architect in the future,  we know who we'll turn to!
