Exactly as promised. Tech had similar equipment to Roto-Rooter and performed the service for $150.00 vs $340.00. Drain was cleared in less than an hour and we were very pleased.

The plumber came on time and he had to pull the toilet out in order to get the snake down the drain. It took a while to get the snake to go the direction it needed to go (there was some kind of a "Y" in the line, and it kept going the wrong way), but eventually he got it done.
He did a good job of cleaning up a really big mess, and overall he did a good job.
It's just the price that is irritating.
