Gary Watts and his brother Barry Watts did all the work.  It works great! Gary recommended the Frigidaire and we were happy that it was made in the USA! He told of us the problems that he encountered with the other top brands that we asked about. We have a 2500 sq. foot rancher with full basement. This new unit runs so quiet, we hardly know it is on (our older unit was very noisy). we keep the temperature set on 75 degrees and we are often cold and need to turn it up.  we are most pleased with it. We have not received any rebates on this but are looking into it. we have seen a reduction in our BG&E bill. We do recommend Gary Watts and his company. He did the work quickly and efficiently and to our satisfaction and requests. He is a local business which we like to support. He is reliable and cares about his work.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work Gary did for me.  He is extremely knowledgeable and great at what he does.  This was a big job and a look of work and he had this done in three days right down to the grading and seeding.  He's very pleasant and easy to work with.  I would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing, heating or air conditioning needs!! I won't hesitate to use  him again.

The work was done very well.  The price was reasonable.  The repairs were done to our satisfaction.  They were dependable.  It was priced right.  They performed to our expectation.

Very professional, fast, efficient service.  products as described.  decent price: while we didn't shop around too much, we did check the price of the porcelain and Gary charged us a reasonable overall price.  Installed both toilets in less than 2 hours.  left the bathrooms clean and free of construction debris/dust.  i highly recommend Watts Plumbing.

I heard about them through work.  They give fast and good service that's done right.  He's not the cheapest guy in town.  He explains everything, probably more than I want to know.  He's very knowledgeable and knows his stuff.
