We used them all the time. They are excellent and on time pricing was fair and very reasonable. The workers is volunteer retired firefighters. The sweep the ashes out to prevent fires. The wore face masks and the also clean from the top of the roof and work they way down.

Very professional, they came out did the repair and cleaned up. They needed to return to remove the ancient TV antennae that was attached to the chimney. Returned within a few days and finished the job. Good company, I will have them back next year to clean out the chimney.

They were on time, professional, and left the house as clean as it was when they arrived. I plan on using them for annual chimney cleaning.

We called Ash Away on a Tuesday. They came three days later. They were awesome! The price was fair. The job was completed in 45 minutes and they even did a minor repair (at no cost) to improve the efficiency of our chimney. The workers were all very personable. We plan to hire Ash Away every six months to keep our chimney safe.
