Pressure Washing
I called AMI and they came out the same day to give me an estimate. When they had finished power washing the deck and side stairs, the wood was so clean that it almost looked brand new. After the staining was done, the deck and stairs which are approximately 10 years old DID look like new. The color of the stain, which I picked out because of a recommendation from Mike, is absolutely beautiful.
