Bob DeGraw and the rest of the Tidewater team were a pleasure to deal with from initial contact to the completion of the project.  The contractor was punctual, professional, highly-skilled, cost conscious and innovative.  Bob was a great communicator and left no room for surprises.  He delivered as promised.

By 2 hours into the first morning of work, Bob and his workers had already stripped the old decking and were setting posts for the small addition.  Bob did a great job ensuring the existing joists were stable and stablizing ones that needed it.  His staff was friendly and neat.  The job took about 3 days to complete and at the end of every day my yard was left free of debris and tools.  I highly recommend Tidewater Remodeling.
Over the winter a few balusters had warped along with a supporting 4x4.  I contacted Tidewater Remodeling for repair and got a response back immediately.  Bob came out the next day and took measurements. In the next couple days he was out and repaired all the warped pieces at no charge.

Great. We were really happy with the owner and the people who put it on were really very good. We were very happy. Well it seems they're a small company and it seemed like they just kind of cared about their work and didn't have other people do it.

Bob DeGraw (the company owner) and his carpenter did an excellent job, which was completed in two days. Everything they did was neat and of very good quality. They cleaned up completely when the installation was finished. (Note: We have had Bob DeGraw do several projects for us over the past ~20 years, including finishing our basement. We have always been very satisfied with the results. He is very honest, straightforward and tries very hard to accommodate his customer.
