The contractor was punctual, professional, highly-skilled, cost conscious and innovative. Bob was a great communicator and left no room for surprises. He delivered as promised.
Description of Work: Tidewater Remodeling replaced a considerable amount of aged and weather-damaged T1-11 wood siding and wood trim on my 30+ year old house. Coincident with the siding replacement, the contractor made all other repairs as required and matched all new work with existing structure and trim to maintain a uniform appearance.

+ -1 moreBy 2 hours into the first morning of work, Bob and his workers had already stripped the old decking and were setting posts for the small addition. Bob did a great job ensuring the existing joists were stable and stablizing ones that needed it. His staff was friendly and neat. The job took about 3 days to complete and at the end of every day my yard was left free of debris and tools. I highly recommend Tidewater Remodeling. Over the winter a few balusters had warped along with a supporting 4x4. I contacted Tidewater Remodeling for repair and got a response back immediately. Bob came out the next day and took measurements. In the next couple days he was out and repaired all the warped pieces at no charge.
Description of Work: I had an "L" shaped deck that I wanted resurfaced and made square(rectangle - 17'x22') with pressure treated lumber.

Description of Work: Bob and his crew are fantastic. First we brought them in to remodel our basement. The job was performed top notch. Not only was the quality exactly right but the professionalism of Bob and Brian was outstanding. We had no problem giving them keys to the house while we were at work. We were so happy with the job they did we have since had them build us a sunroom (wow), install a french door, and remodel a master bath. I can't say enough positives about these guys! Mark & Debbie

+ -1 moreBob DeGraw (the company owner) and his carpenter did an excellent job, which was completed in two days. Everything they did was neat and of very good quality. They cleaned up completely when the installation was finished. (Note: We have had Bob DeGraw do several projects for us over the past ~20 years, including finishing our basement. We have always been very satisfied with the results. He is very honest, straightforward and tries very hard to accommodate his customer.
Description of Work: Installed a double-hung window next to walk-out basement door. This required removing the typical small basement window and then cutting a much larger opening through brick and block wall. Exterior was trimmed neatly with maintenance-free materials and sealed.
