They installed a different model than contracted for, did not do it right, and stopped returning my calls after one, failed, attempt to fix the problem. Had to have another electrician come in, actually read the manual, and make a fairly simple fix so it would work. Very disappointed in every possible way. This was two years ago but I am finally signing a service contract with another company and that reminded me I had never reviewed the poor job Rinehart did for me.
