Won't find a better plumber than KJH. Ken is honest, friendly and does the job the right for a fair price. He explained the entire process of the repair, explained the difference in his methods and others. Told me to shop around and that there would be no hard feelings but in the end I trust Ken. He has done a few jobs in the past i.e. replace hot water tank, sump pump and garbage disposal. This was a big job and he gave me options. Option one was to bring the new water line straight into the house (old line ran on a diagonal and under my sidewalk) and move the water line inside the house. This was simplest way but he said if I was uncomfortable with him moving the water lines he could bring it across the yard and then in. This was option 2 and it would mean a bigger path of digging up the yard and also the flower bed would be destroyed. I went with option 1. Short path was dug from street to the house, water line was moved inside house, new shutoff valve was installed, old line was sealed. And where most would just throw the dirt back over the trench, Ken not only filled it, replanted my holly bush, reinstalled the sod, reseeded and then put down a biodegradable layer to keep it in place. He cleaned up everything and took all debris away. He ensured all the plumbing inside was working properly before leaving. Small crew of 3, Ken, his wife, and Gary. All great people.
