MECHANIC CALLED ME LATE MONDAY MORNING WITH FULL REPORT ON REPAIRS NEEDED TO COMPLETED. REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED OIL PAN AND REPAIR OF COMPUTER THAT CONTROLS BRAKE FUNCTION. REPAIRS COMPLETED AND CAR READY FOR PICK UP BY 5 P.M. THE SAME DAY. ALL CONTACTS WITH STAFF WERE COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL.
