We've been using them a long time.

They could have a better price. They come quarterly and if I have a problem, they will come back. He's only here for 5 minutes. That's a lot of a little. It's the same technician for awhile until someone quits and then it's somebody new.

The gentleman was knowledgeable and very friendly. Service did what it was supposed to do.

Home Paramount came to our resident for a ant problem we were having. After one treatment the ants returned. The company came out a second time at no additional charge. The worker was friendly professional. The response time for an appointment was very good in relation to when we called about the problem.

They charge $95 every time they come. I am happy with their service. I've used other services providers before and they weren't able to control the mole crickets, but Home Paramount Pest Control was able to control them. However, when they first came, they wanted to check for termites and they just wanted to put holes in my foundation, but there are other ways to do it besides that.

home paramount killed the mole crickets that were in our crawl space by the second visit. I know this because there was none on the glue paper that was put down. the people we had before them could not control the mole crickets.

They are nationwide.  We've used them for years.  They do a good job.  We have a regular contract with them.  They come once a quarter or as needed.  They are excellent, that's why we stay with them.  Their price is fine.  They come when then say they are going to come and the technicians they send out do a good job.  They work with us.  They are very knowledgeable and helpful.

They have been wonderful. I have been using them for about 30 years. They are very dependable. If I have any problems they come right out.

They are easy to work with. They are approachable. They always entertain any concerns that we have.

They were neat. They were courteous. The manager came with in 10 minutes to help the tech locate the source of these beetles.

When I spotted a mouse near my parrot cages, I picked up the phone and started calling exterminators. The first one I called on that Friday wanted to send an inspector the following Monday and let him decide when the technician should come out and remedy the problem. I didn't have the luxury of waiting. I called Paramount, explained the situation, paid for the visit over the phone and Riley showed up at 1pm that same day. He was full of information - he really knows his business ! He inspected the entire house, gave me a huge education on the habits of mice (mice head for air currents - who knew??) placed bait traps along the wall, in the hidden spaces beneath the cabinet floors and in my finished basement near the entry door. Riley answered all my questions and explained how the baits would work and reassured me that I most likely wouldn't find any stinky mouse corpses in my house. He went on to explain that the bait formulation dries the mice up from the inside out and the mice try to get outside to find water so it is more likely that I might find a deceased mouse outside. I was relieved and VERY impressed. While it's most likely true that any exterminator could apply mouse poison, not every exterminator is as responsive and educated. I would definitely call Paramount again and Riley's company should give him a raise because they definitely have a real star on their team !

HOME PARAMOUNT DOES A GREAT JOB! THEY SHOW UP EVERY MONTH RIGHT ON TIME. WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM ON A MONTHLY BASES AS WE HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HOME PARAMOUNT. THEY WERE ON TIME. THEY CRAWLED UNDER HOUSE, IN THE GARAGE, WENT ALL AROUND INSPECTING. THEY DIDN'T FIND TERMITES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

WE USED THIS SERVICE FOR 4 YEARS ON A MONTHLY BASIS. WE HAD SOME MICE AND SPIDERS. WITHIN A MONTH, THE MICE WERE GONE. WE CONTINUED TO HAVE THIS COMPANY COME OUT MONTHLY AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. OVER THE LAST 6 MONTHS, THE NEW TECHNICIAN NEVER CAME AT THE APPOINTED TIME, AND THE OFFICE STAFF WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL, THEREFORE WE TERMINATED OUR SERVICE.

THEY WOULD COME OUT ONCE A MONTH AFTER THE INITIAL CALL AND SPRAY INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OUR HOME. WE DID IT FOR A YEAR AND THEN DECIDED IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY. WE SAW NO REAL DIFFERENCE IN THE AMOUNT OF INSECTS IN/AROUND OUR HOME.
