Very prompt response! The owner came right out to look at the tree. He assured my husband that they could remove the tree with very little damage to all of our plants and landscaping. The crew shows up and proceeds to damage EVERY plant we had planted. Even ones at the front of our house (tree was in the back). We watched them and they had a total disregard for our landscaping and even said "it doesn't matter because all those plants will die anyway, they need shade," which was not the case. Only a few were shade plants. Then the owner went on to say that his guys were being so destructive because they didn't feel like being there...I mean, is this guy for real??? Two days later they call to collect their money and the owner LIES to my husband and says the I told him not to worry about our plants, just to get the tree out of the ground. The owner SARCASTICALLY offered to take $4.00 off our bill so we could replace "a fern." Wow, most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. When my husband told him he was going to give him a bad review he said "We mostly deal with industrial accounts so I don't really care." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Very prompt and cleaned up afterwards. Estimates from 2 other companies were alot more money. Job was completed in 2 days. An outstanding issue is dirt now exists were grass was previously. This is the location of the trucks in and out of the area. Will see how the company handles the issue.

Went very well. Provided estimate, returned calls, completed work as agreed. Pleased with the service.

They took that off and they cut it all the way back to the main trunk of the tree in the backyard, and then they cut it all up and left me a whole bunch of real nice firewood. I priced about three different tree services. They were a really good price and did a good job.

We received three different estimates from various providers that were, frankly, all over the map for the same service. After a summer of bad t storms and one very large tree that would have killed us at night if it had fallen, we knew this was going to be a major undertaking. Our neighbor also had some very large trees that had to be removed or trimmed, so we decided to " join forces" and shop for the best combined price. Harford by far was priced the best out of the providers that we spoke with. One provider was an absolute rip off, so shop carefully when you need a project done that's this big. Harford arrived on time, told us exactly what to expect (large crane and several trucks), and finished all of the work for both houses in a day and a half. They were very efficient, professional, and did everything they said they were going to do. So, for $4000 we had one very large tree taken down ( no stump grinding), two 10-15 foot skinnier trees taken down, about 6 very tall white pines trimmed, another tree trimmed that had broken pieces taken off, and all wood and debris removed.

They were great. They were punctual and came back to remove some roots they missed the first time.

Everything went better than expected. Yard looks clear and beautiful now. Cleaned up nicely.

Didn't work too good. Originally gave me a mail price and the "dropped it down" but didn't.  They were supposed to take the tree down, but i wasn't sure, man said "we'll trim 1st and if it cannot be saved, we'll go from there. The trees they did cut down, they left really large stumps and stated they would need to pay more to have them removed.

The work was excellent! Trres look great and the clean-up was perfect..

It went well. They removed all the stuff off the property when they were done. The service was great. They were pretty responsive.

The workers arrived on time and performed the work very efficiently.  They cleaned up nicely after the trimming and I can't even tell where those two holly trees were, the stumps were ground down and the mulch spread neatly over the area.

Pruned trees and bushes.  Very through, courteous and responsive. I would definitely recommend them.

All went well and the area was left clean.  There was a mix up on the date they were coming, but that wasn't a problem since they called the day before and were able to do the work without us at home.

Technician arrived on time and installed 5 uplights, 4 lights shining down, and replaced lighting on deck and two small stairs to deck.  Was first installed with a digital timer and photocell  and it took some more visits to get the lights to come on at dusk and off at 11pm.   A year later this timer was compromised by a power failure and needed replacing ( $163) and a rotary type timer was installed which is much easier to deal with..

Trimmed bushes, cut limbs out of trees, mulched up all the trimmings and limbs for an additional $800 plus the coupon for $200 that had already been purchased.  It seemed a little high for some of the work but they did an excellent job and cleaned everything up.

They pruned an established large maple tree and crepe myrtle tree. Since I did not get an estimate from another company and used an Angie's list "Deal", I am not certain about how great the deal was.  But all encounters with this company were excellent.

It went great, they worked around my work schedule as best they could. Very reasonable and efficient and professional. Nice to work with.
