Anderson Service MD

I contacted Anderson Winows and Doors and was given three companies with certified repair personnel. I left Messages with all three. Mr Hamilton from Anderson called back immediately and said he would be at my house within two hours he arrived on time, immediately identified the problem, and replaced the mechanism. He showed me how the parts had not been properly installed originally. He also adjusted the hinges (a feature unique to Anderson) so that the doors did not stick. Even though it was late in the afternoon he agreed to adjust all my Anderson doors which stopped the drag and ensures that they seal properly when closed. Only one of the other 2 vendors returned my call and she said she was scheduling work 4 weeks out.
