Owner showed up....Imediately started pushing for additional services.....stated I had mold in return ducts.....Claimed "that fuzzy stuff" was mold....
I rehab houses for a living and this was a project we just completed......No mold was in the house.
Asked him how he knew mold was present....Did he do a specific test for mold? He reply was "I have been doing this for 20+ years and I know that's mold.....I don't need to do a test!"
At this point they were about 1/2 thru cleaning......Started pushing for additional $$ to "re-mediate" the mold.......you don't even want to know what his process was for this!
Told them to pack their stuff and leave immediately!
Guy got very angry and some what violent....swearing at me and calling me an arrogant S.O.B, etc.....
Save your self the aggravation......use someone else with higher ratings than this scam artist!

Air Duct Cleaning
The ad for Always and Forever Clean said $49 for unlimited vents and returns, but when the company showed up, the cost skyrocketed. I was deceived by a "fake" photo of my system and tricked into other cleaning fees and chemical treatments. I now realize that I was too trusting when I agreed to the job for health issues. Once other cleaning fees were added in, the job ended up costing me $1747.00 !!!On top of that I feel that the quality of the work was deficient; and I am afraid that in the near future I may have to get another company to do the job right.
