There is no way I could ever describe all the work he has done. The last case was a small repair on a shower head in a retirement unit.  If possible he will respond the same day if non-emergency or usually at the latest the next day. For an emergency he'll get to you as quickly as possible. He is also one of the few workman we feel comfortable leaving in the house unsupervised and in fact may have master keys to some properties in case he's needed. We completely trust him in coming into our private homes and any rental unit. His prices are fair and reasonable.

Update:  A week or so before Easter I purchased a new faucet for the bathroom sink in the Master Bath.  Sadly today products are not manufacturered as they were many years ago in my childhood when they were designed to last a lifetime.  Today, items, even many good quality plumbing fixtures are designed to only last a specific amount of time and then are considered throw away.  I had begun needing a new washer or some other small repair on my Master Bath sink every 6 to 8 months.  I decided it was time to end this cycle and I purchased a new faucet which we had Lafferty Plumbing come to install.  It's amazing that's it's been 15 years or so since I first renovated the home and it's time now to freshen certain items and some are actually needing replace.  Time flies and items just don't last forever any longer.
