Description of Work: The date above is only the lastest time we called this provider for service. We've been using this plumber for at least 20 years or more. He was and still is the main plumbing contractor/repairman on our retirement community we built, all other rental properties and especially, our private homes. He's qualified to work on anything from commerical work, new construction all the way to a leaky faucet or drippy ice maker. We've always been more than satisfied with the quality of his work. He doesn't add extra work to raise the bill and will try to assist the homeowner in keeping to a specific budget. When allowed his own choice he puts in excellent quality equipment. It was 15 years ago when I renovated my 200 year old home and I am still very please with the kitchen sink and all other fixtures he put in during the renovation. It's very deep and wonderful to use and others have chosen the same product after using mine. He arrives when stated, and if something is an emergency such as a refridgerator or other problem he will respond after normal business hours. He has performed far too much work for our family and numerous rentals to ever describe all the work here. The very best thing about him is the fact I can leave him to work unattended in a location and never worry about anything disappearing. In fact, he often has completed repairs while I've been at work when I used to work away from home and I know at one point he had a key to the house when it was under renovation. He may actually still have that key and I have no worries with him doing so. Given a choice he's the only plumber we ever call.
