Air conditioning broke (suspected low freon which was indeed the case) and had booked another company for the job. That company called to cancel due to the "rain". Just so happened someone was hearing the story, knew of TGM, and texted to see if the work could be done ASAP. Tom responded immediately and was out 2 hours later!

TGM was great, the owner Tom McKenny was personally involved throughout the project. I was overseas while most of the work was being done which made me nervous. Not to fret, Tom made it happen. As well we had the complication of having an Aga put into our kitchen and need to make sure enough vents were placed in the kitchen to keep that cool. TGM did that and the kitchen is perfectly comfortable even in the middle of the summer with Aga on. I would highly recommend TGM to do a good job and come in at a significantly lower price than the big guys.

Brian Hendricks called TGM AIR,INC. and he came right over from Essex and did the above work. His fee was $430 less than BGE Home and we have home insurance for the heat pump with BGE. BGE rep. told my husband that our policy does not cover moving the heat pump. Of course, it doesn't!!!!!! Why would we think our policy would cover this service??? TGM was willing to do another job & hook us up later that day. The heat pump was working on Monday. He was responsive, efficient and a good team player. We would highly recommend him & will use him in the future if necessary.
