I received a response from them right away and they sent someone out the same day. He was very personable and friendly. It took longer than I thought but I was impressed with his attention to detail. The next day the new refrigerator was delivered but it still would not fit under the cabinet. The delivery man said the specs on the information sheet was wrong. I called the company back to get them to cut down the cabinet again. I was told someone would be out the next day around 3:00pm. The next day no one showed up or called. I called and expected a call back explaining why no one came out. I never received a call back. Previously, when I called for the second time I told them I was more than willing to pay for another service call since the specs that were given to me were wrong. This company is also a franchise for sliding shelves for kitchens and bathrooms. I was going to give them the business for this when they came the first time. But now I will not use them. Funny, their business cards say, "no job too small".

I put out a request for a carpenter to cut down a cabinet for a new refrigerator so it could fit. They responded and said they could have someone out the same day. The son of the owner came out. He was very personable, did the job and cleaned up after himself. I gave him a little extra for the job. The refrigerator was delivered the next day but would not fit. I called them back and asked if they could come out again. I was told they would come out a day later at a specific time. I rushed back from my appointment to be home. They never showed up, never called. I left a message but I never heard from them. Funny, their business card states that there is " no job too small." I was also willing to pay for the service call.

In and out in less than 10 minutes, but work did not fix the problem.  Told us to call back if issue wasn't resolved, but my husband fixed instead.  The problem that my husband thought was the issue was the problem, but the company representative that came out did not think it was the problem and did something else.
