Two hrs. late. Vertical pipe was not attached to elbow when tech left house.

They were fast, professional and when the work exceeded what we had initially discussed, the reasons were clearly communicated and the job still was done for a great price.

The technician was very knowledgeable about the cleaning products he was suing. He explained everything he was doing to clean the ducts and vents. He di a wonderful job, and I would hire this company again. Excellent customer service.

Arrived as said they would. Technician very friendly and helpful, explained all details as he worked through the whole house. Very neat and clean.

Moe & Jay performed a very good job! During the cleaning process they educated and advised on how to prevent issues in the future and how I can DIY repair certain wear and tear problems that may arise.

They were on time and well priced. I was just a little disappointed in the clean up afterwards. He said he didn't bring anything to sweep up the lint that fell to the floor.

Was quoted one price and was charged a higher rate to do the job. Had old equipment. Should have used a wire brush to clean the vent hose than vacuum.

The quick service, professional staff and reasonable cost of service was A-1! When I made my phone call to the company, Wayne immediately made an appointment for me to be seen within two hours to deal with my clogged dryer vent. Two staff members came, identified the blockage and cleared the vent line running through the attic and cleared the vent opening on top of the roof. Great job guys! The dryer is now working properly. Thanks again!

Very friendly and professional

This place is awful. They did not clean the dryer vent all the way through and then charged extra for it. They sounded professional in the phone but the men they sent out were highly unprofessional.

The equipment was really old but I feel it got the job done. I was bothered by the additional $5 fee not previously mentioned. In addition, the technician was friendly enough however a bit unprofessional.

Excellent customer service. I truly appreciated not being pressured to have the work done. Juan's quote was exactly what we paid. No surprises at the end!

Air Duct Cleaning...Explained and enlighten on services and heating & cooling system. Contractor Charlie & Billy were efficient and friendly.

was quoted a special price over the phone that increased 5 fold to complete the job. I was expecting to pay $300 (with extras) and was told that did not include cleaning the entire system. My initial estimate was $650. I ended up paying $450. A phone quote was $69 for the ducts and $39 for the second return.

After the vent and duct cleaning notice a couple days later that the furnace was not working. Called the company and someone was sent out the same day. Cleaner had not reinstalled the fuse correctly. Easy and quick fix.

The gentleman that performed the job was very pleasant and thorough.
