WE HAVE USED THEM EXTENSIVELY IN THREE DIFFERENT HOMES. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE, RETURNING PHONE CALLS THE SAME MORNING, ESPECIALLY IN AN EMERGENCY (IE. NO A/C IN JULY) AND DO A GREAT JOB WITH REASONABLE PRICES.
