Jay and an assistant arrived on time.. Everything went as planned. Any questions I had were met with prompt answers and Jay worked well passed the ending time, reassuring me that I received the best unit for my money. He even installed a new thermostat.

Today, January 8, 2004, I have concerns about the unit being loud and working overtime to keep my house at a constant temperature.. I called and left a message stating my concerns. If the unit is not working properly, it is not Jay's fault. A bad unit can happen with anyone. I will update my rating about Jay heating, based upon this recent concern.

It went great. He replaced outside unit and inside unit in January 2012 and except for the defroster problem in 2013, the unit has been running great. He got there at the time he promised and was efficient with his work.

After examing their unit, Jay called me and let me know that the 22 year old unit was going to need to be replaced. He gave me a great price and I told him to go ahead with it. He was able to get to it in a very timely manner. He did a great job and was very clean. My tenants were very happy with him!
I have been using Jay for many, many years... He is very honest, trustworthy, and professional. He is the BEST A/C guy around.

The unit was not cooling. I called Jay Heating and Air conditioning to fix it. He came out the next morning and repaired my A/C. He got there on time and was extremely professional and honest.

He did a great job. He removed the old system. Replaced it with a new one. Cleaned everything up. Made sure that the A/C was up and working. He charged me exactly what he said it would be. He is consistently thousands of dollars less to install new heat pumps and A/C units than his competition. What I like best about him is that he know what he is doing, is honest and will not rip you off.

Jay's recommended that I replace the condenser in the air conditioner in a year but he said the Freon would hold me until then. Jay's is knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. I think the prices are fair. He is very good, prompt and always does what he says he is going to do.

THE CONTRACTOR WAS EXTREMELY EFFICIENT, ALWAYS ON TIME AND HAD GREAT PRICES COMPARED TO THE COMPETITORS. HE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE PRODUCTS HE WAS SELLING.

JAY HAS BEEN OUR HEAT and A/C GUY FOR OVER 12 YEARS. HE IS EXTREMELY RELIABLE, AND VERY PROMPT IN RETURNING YOUR CALLS. HIS WORK IS ALWAYS DONE AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF QUALITY, AND HIS PRICING IS EXTREMELY REASONABLE IN COMPARISON TO OTHER LARGER COMPANIES.
