Everything Cleaning Services

When I spoke to Lisa over the phone, she seemed nice. She and I agreed that she would come to my house several days later at 8:30 in the morning and begin cleaning.
To my shock, Lisa completely failed to show up. I called her at 10:30 to see if there'd been some misunderstanding, but Lisa did not pick up the phone, and although I left a voicemail, Lisa never called back.
A house-cleaner needs to be trustworthy; my family and I will never again try to hire Everything Cleaning Services.

I had such a horrible experience with this company that I felt compelled to submit a review. The first time I was scheduled for a cleanng, Lisa did not show up at the expected time. She finally comtacted me later that afternoon and told me that she had forgotten to put my appt time on her calendar and was actually at another client's house but would come as soon as possible to mine. This should have been the first red flag but once she did come, she did a very good job. The next time Lisa was supposed to come, she didn't show up again and once again I had to call her to follow up. For the next cleaning, she sent another young lady whom I had not met who did a horrible job. Her cleaning was subpar and she didn't even empty the trash. And, she inappropriately talked about how much she needed the money from the job as she was pregnant and didn't have another job. Then, to my surprise, the cost for the service had increased because It had been 3 weeks since my last cleaning as opposed to the usual biweekly cleaning. I mentioned to this girl that the reason I was a week off is because Lisa forgot to come on the day I had previously scheduled but she didn't care. This was the last draw for me. Lisa sounds like a good business woman over the phone but the reality is she is disorganized and unprofessional. Please do yourself a favor and find someone else to do your cleaning. Her rates are cheaper but you clearly get low quality service for the price.

Lisa did a great job at the beginning of cleaning for me.  Unfortunately one day I came home and the house was only half cleaned.  No note or call.  I called her to say I was disappointed in the cleaning job and she came up with an excuse.  She stated she would come back the next day to finish the job, no show the next day. I emailed her and never got a response. She took the full payment for the half done cleaning. Not acceptable.

I contacted Everything Cleaning and had a lengthy conversation with the owner who was trying to create a name for herself.  We scheduled a time that would work well for both of us. The day arrived and she just never showed up, called or e-mailed.  In fact I never heard from the company again even after repeated attempts on my end.  After two weeks of waiting for the appointment, family coming the next day, six hours of paid childcare and juggling everyone’s schedule to make all of this happen I was never even rewarded with an explanation.  If you schedule a time to do work for a client and do not show up or offer an explanation, what you are essentially saying to your client is that I don’t care about you, your time or your business.  One slap in the face is enough for me, I will NEVER call them again.
