THEY HAVE MADE NO EFFORT TO FIX THE TV. THEY HAVE NOT CALLED THEY ARE NOT STANDING BEHIND THE 90 DAY WARRANTY I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES FOR SERVICE AND GOT NO REPONSE I LEFT MESSAGES FOR CHUCK WELSH TO CALL ME HE HAS NOT CALLED I WATCHED THE SUPERBOWL ON A LITTLE 24 INCH TV I GUESS I WILL WATCH THE DAYTONA 500 ON MY 24 INCH TV
Description of Work: CROWN TV CHECKED OUT MY TV ON 11/10/2012 AND SAID THEY WOULD TAKE IT TO THIER SHOP FOR A ESTIMATE WE GAVE THEM $340.00 AND THEY NEVER CALLED BACK WITH A ESTIMATE. MY CALLED ABOUT A MONTH LATER AND THEY SAID THEY COULD'NT GET THE PARTS TO FIX THE TV. JANUARY 31 CHUCK WELSH CALLED AND SAID HE WOULD BRING OVER ANOTHER TV A 42 INCH SONY MY TV WAS A 67 INCH SONY. HE BROUGHT OVER THE TV AND IT PLAYED GOOD FOR ABOUT 3 DAYS AND STARTED TURNING OFF AND ON I CALLED FOR SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES THEY ARE NOT HOURNING THE 90 DAY WARRANTY I HAVE WITH THE REPLACEMENT TV THE WOMAN AT THE SHOP SAID THEY DID'NT HAVE A TECH TO SEND OUT TO FIX THE TV THE OWNER HAS NO CALLED TO SETTLE THIS DISPUTE DANIEL THE OWNER NEEDS TO FIX THIS TV OR RFUND OUR MONEY
