Blackwell Auto Body LLC.  started and finished he work on time, keeping me updated on the status of the repairs throughout.  The end product was exceptional.  he even found original parts for a 1998 Lexus I have.  He is tied for the best mechanic I have ever had, who was my best friend.

I used Blackwell Autobody a couple years ago and was very impressed.  I called and explained what happened to my cart and  we set up a time for him to look at it.  When he assessed the bumper, I showed him the check that Geico allowed for the damage.  He mentioned  he would normally charge more than they allowed based the on labor rate per hour,  but he would do the work at their price. When I dropped the car off  to get the work done, I forgot to check exactly where the Enterprise car rental place was and I hadn't made arrangements for them to pick me up.  I thought it was close enough where I could walk.  It was about 3 miles away!  He is such a nice guy, he drove me there without me asking.  It took two days to fix my car.  When I picked it up, the bumper looked new again and he also touched up some tiny nicks and scratches that were on the front bumper.  I really appreciated that!!  He recommended that I buy the manufacturer's touch up paint for future scratches.  My overall experience was outstanding.

Harris was very responsive.  He gave me a date and estimated time of completion and was finished the job promptly in less than estimated time frame.  The job was very professional and I would highly recommend him.

My trunk was rusting out. I had taken it to the dealership to have them fix everything and they never did. He replaced the floor of my trunk and the lid. He was really  nice and the cost was reasonable.

I needed minor front end repairs and painting on my 2004 Toyota Sequoia due to an accident. Checked Angie's List for recommendations. Blackwell Auto was one of the top listed, so I called for an estimate. Mr. Blackwell was able to see me that day. He was very professional, friendly, and cost-cautious. He compared the costs of working the repairs by hand to replacing the components instead to give me the best price. His estimate was very reasonable and well within my budget, so I
made an appointment. Mr. Blackwell finished the repairs and painting within two days. The front end looked brand new. Mr. Blackwell even took into consideration the affect the sun had on the original paint and matched the new paint perfectly! In addition, Mr. Blackwell took the time to search the internet and found after market headlights that were less than half the cost of the Toyota parts. And he didn't even charge me for the labor to install them! I am extremely pleased with the service, repairs, and price. Mr. Blackwell was an absolute pleasure to do business with, and I will definitely use his services again if the need should arise.

Overall I am very satisfied with the work, the time required, and the expense.

The gentleman who owns the company and performed the service was excellent.  We discussed the issue with the car and the fact that it was likely caused by dmage to the underlying frame.  However, given the age of the vehicle, extensive body work or bending of the frame would not have made sense.  He looked at the vehicle and proposed an alternative solution that would be less expensive and deal with the primary issue (hood would not latch).  The fix was affordable and has worked great now since the repair (almost 2 years ago).  He was professional, thoughtful and friendly.  I would recommend him highly.

They were super. It is a one person operation. The owner has been in the business for over 30 years. He is a real gentleman and a real nice person. The quality of his work is superior to other people. I knew that he would be doing the work on my car so I was assured that someone with over 30 years of experience would be working on my car. It was an insurance claim and the price was competitive with everyone else.

I went in, we greeted each other.  He has done work on the car previously, so everything went quickly.  And, once again, he did a great job.  He handled everything - fixing the car and working with my insurance company.  He did it quickly and professionally.  Every time, I say I hope I don't ever have to return, but, I always feel a little more relaxed knowing that Blackwell Auto Body is there when I need him.

This experience is late in reporting but well worth reading.   The car repaired was a 2000 Toyota Solara. There was a terrible dent on the back driver side of my car that happened while backing my car into the garage after the snow storms of February, 2010.  The paint had peeled off to the bumper and the front light casing was cracked.  I asked Mr. Blackwell to repair the dent and paint the dent area.  My bumper had been scratched at a Walmart so I asked him to paint that too.  He told me he had to paint the whole bumper, not just the scratch.  There were so many accidents during that time that I had no idea when I would get my car back.  There is a  car rental place directly across the street which was highly convenient so I walked there.  I told U-save Auto that I was having my car worked on at Blackwell Auto Body and they me charged $29.99 per day.  I had no coupons.  To my surprise my car was repaired in 2 days and I picked it up on day 3!  It looked like new and he fixed the cracked light even though I didn't ask him.  I was soooo impressed with his service that I gave him a $50 tip.  I wished I had more to give him because his service was outstanding and he was very nice too.  I would highly recommend Blackwell Auto Body.  

Superb work. Vehicle looks like it is almost brand new, not 20 years old. I will be taking my 2002 E320 there soon for a small repair.

His is a one-man shop. He does all the work himself, and he has been doing it for about 30 years. He is very nice, considerate, and extremely professional. He does a great job, but there is nothing really new.

He was great. He even fixed some items that he noticed after giving me the estimate. The price was reasonable and the car was ready when they said it would be. They were great to work with.
