We have been dealing with Mark and Jason for several years have nothing but good things to say about them. Like the best mechanics I have met in my 70+ years, they are logical, knowledgeable, honest and straightforward. It is worth the drive from Roland Park to Essex because I trust these guys to think about what they are doing, to take my family's safety seriously and to respect the value of our business.

When I dropped off my vehicle for service at 7 a.m. this morning I mentioned to the owner and his son ((both of whom were on the premises and ready to go to work at that hour - which says a lot right there, folks) that the vehicle pulls to the left a bit when I take my hands off the wheel while driving down a straight road at 50 or 60 mph (a practice I do not recommend to anyone who isn't a seasoned old fogie driver such as myself). This is the method I use periodically to check to see if the car is properly aligned. I told them that in addition to the regular scheduled service, the vehicle might need a wheel alignment...AND HERE"S THE PART TO WHICH YOU REALLY NEED TO PAY ATTENTION: They called me later in the day and told me that it was nothing more than a "radial pull," and that rotating the tires would fix it. Which it did. They could have easily hoodwinked me into paying for an alignment, and I would have been none the wiser. For whatever few remaining years I have left on this God Awful Planet, Barry's is going to get all of my auto repair and maintenance business - based on the simple fact that they could have ripped me off for about another $100 for the alignment, but didn't. Thank you and Good Day.

Barry's service center gets more then a "A" rating from me. They kept me informed of the status of the work on my car. A very friendly crew of techs, and they were able to find the part for my 10 year old Mercury. They made sure everything was working perfect which it is. I will from now on be going to them for any work I need done. The price they charged me was less then I expected for all the work they did. Outstanding business that knows what service means to people.

Excellent service. Dropped car off to check leak. They called to discuss the problem, what the price should be and when the car would be done. They called, I Picked it up and so far no leak. Barrys is a top notch establishment. I travel approximately 15 miles thru a toll road to have my car serviced. I wouldnt take my vehicles anywhere else, I trust them to service the car and stand behind their work.

This most recent visit, like all visits for the last 12 years, was excellent. In and out as quickly as possible with service I can count on at reasonable prices. From oil change to major repair I trust this shop to maintain my car with everything I need and nothing I do not need. They know my car. I have called them from the road while traveling out of state and they have given me advice that got me home safely.

My husband and I trust Barry's with both of our cars for everything. My car is a finicky VW, his is an older Subaru. Barry's has been honest and reliable for every service we've needed in the last few years. They will never recommend anything that isn't necessary, and they do a great job of explaining issues and all possible solutions.

I always get great service & pricing, is always fair work to my schedule will take me to work if needed & pick me up. I locked my keys in my car & they came to my work and opened it for free!!
