He replaced a switch, which fixed my fan. However, they actually had to come out a second time because the fan had stopped working after the first appointment. But the second time, he was more prepared to repair a part. I did actually have to wait a few days in hot weather with no working fan. Usually companies would come back out maybe the next day, so I was a little disappointed in their responsiveness. But they were very prompt. They were within the first half hour of their stated window of time on both occasions! They were good. I was happy that I didn't have to pay for the second appointment because I had a 30 day warranty with them.
