It went amazing they did the ac in my attic it was leaking and badly done mess and they replace the system smaller and works better and clearly and carefully installed and very organized vents and ducts .They did a best job in patching and fixing the leak when it came from the patch they did exceeded all the the exception and they were good I like them a lot and they were great .

We had just purchased a house that had polybutylene pipes throughout. There were suspect areas in a few spots. Rather than waiting for something to burst, we decided to be proactive and have the pipes replaced. The estimate process was easy and they explained everything up-front. I received the estimate in a day. I had called other plumbing companies for estimates but they didn't show up. I thought the price was reasonable for the amount of work involved and accepted it. Scheduling was easy and they had a cancellation so they were able to get to my job sooner. Work was done efficiently and quickly. I knew holes needed to be cut in the walls and ceilings to place the new piping. They did their best to do the job as neatly as possible and I was able to patch things back up quickly. I would highly recommend Albrights"s Mechanical Services for all your plumbing and HVAC needs.

Went very well. I got out of church and a tenant called me and was very upset that the shower pipe broke. Within 45 mins, Albrights tech was out fixing the problem on a Sunday!

This is a reoccurring issue with my AC. Albright's has always come out right away and fixed my issue. Technician was awesome and went above and beyond to help. He also set my condenser so that this problem would not allow it to overflow next time. Highly recommend. I have always been exceptionally please with Albright's work.

"Excellent"! From Sara, their Customer Service rep, who did a fantastic and personable representation of the company, to Adam, the Technician who serviced my system, they did an outstanding job of my complete customer satisfaction. Wasn't sure what to expect, but "Wow", they are great!! Informative, courteous, friendly and professional all the way!

The first technician did not diagnose that the Freon was low and only cleaned coils. Said it would take a few hours to cool and if it doesn't they would come out immediately. Paid for emergency service at this time. It did not cool and they were unable to respond that same evening even though I called in advance and before they closed. 5 month old with one kidney does not do well in heat and I would have expected them to respond quicker. Second tech diagnosed the problem correctly and unit appears to be running normal

Justin, the technician, was extremely professional, efficient and diligent. Issue was resolved instantly. He also provided me with preventative measures I could use to not have this issue again. I appreciate his honesty and hard work.

The technician called within 10 minutes of my call to Albright's to give me a time he would be there. The technician was pleasant, courteous, and professional. He found the problem and fixed it. The price was very reasonable. I will call them again!

It was not an emergency as I also have a wood stove for heat, so I told them it could wait until the work week. They arrived first thing Monday morning and thoroughly checked the entire system - both the indoor and outdoor units - and had it up and running within the hour. Only charged the minimum service charge. That was 5 months ago and I've had no further problems.

PRIMO experience.   Estimator gave a fair price.  Techs arrived exactly at the appointed time.  They were very professional and hard-working.  The very first thing they did was roll protective plastic on the carpet throughout the house.   This was a very good experience.

From my initial phone conversation with the company representative to describe the problem through the completion of the repair, I was very impressed with this firm.  The phone rep was pleasant and helpful.  The technician was extremely prompt and all business in getting in touch, arriving at my home, and getting my air conditioner back in good working order.  He explained the cost of the service visit up front, then got right to work identifying and fixing the problem.  Total time from making my initial call to completion of the emergency repair was just over an hour, and this was on a Sunday morning.  Based on my experience, I'll be calling Albright's again.  They've proven that when I need them, they'll be here.

They did not do a good job.  There was a lot of stuff left in the vents; a lot of it very big stuff.  They used a long vaccum hose that had individual wires that flopped around.  That is all that they did.  They did not visually check inside the vents before or after the cleaning.  They did not clean up at the outlets.  The largest part of the bill was for the cleaning of the vents, not the repair.  The repair was ok.  However, the cleaning of the vents was not ok.

They are quick, and are here when they say they will be here. When I had a problem, they have all the parts to fix it. The technicians are friendly.
