Services we offer
Sales, service, maintenance, replacements and installations of all types of residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems. We specialize in geothermal, ductless heat pumps, air conditioners, heat pumps. gas and oil fired furnaces and boilers. We also provide Air Advice diagnostic tests at our consultations and are able to recommend and provide all types of indoor air quality products, such as UV lights, air purifiers, electronic air cleaners, whole home humidifiers and dehumidifiers. We also offer high efficiency duct cleaning with a HEPA powered negative air vacuum, along with Aeroseal! Aeroseal is a top of the line duct sealant applied from within the ductwork.

From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. Andrew and Jake took the time to explain everything they were doing, answered all of our questions patiently, and worked efficiently to get the job done right. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were obvious throughout the entire process. Our installation was seamless and we are very pleased. It’s not every day you find staff who combine technical skill with great customer service, but these two really delivered. It’s clear that Holtzople hires top-notch staff, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. In fact, we are now repeat customers and have used Holtzople for additional services. Ok, some neighbors complaint how expensive Holtzople can be, but boy, you don’t get such quality and service elsewhere. We have had them for decades and this year needed a new unit because ours was so old, and this latest model was installed in three days, right before that June heat wave hit. And you get two free inspections following installation to see that it is working optimally with the most incredible work force ever—on time, competent, polite, caring and oh so concerned that you are a satisfied customer. For our money, they don’t come any better! And you’d be amazed at the nos. of people who agree with us!

He explained in detail the several options we had as far as fixing it or replacing the unit. He even showed us where and what he found. Very polite and professional. I selected Holtzople based on their outstanding reviews, Trane-certified/preferred installer status and numerous conversations with the gentleman (Josh) who helped select the systems I needed. Holtzople was able to acquire and install my new systems within a week. The installation team (Andrew, Shane, Eric, and Jake) was nothing short of excellent - very courteous, respectful of my property, privacy, and time. The installation itself was extremely well done and clean - these gentleman were obviously well trained and proficient in their craft. Tim & Brian were our technicians today and they were exceptional. They called ahead of time to let us know they were on their way, explained everything they were doing, and finished quickly. In addition to regular maintenance, they were able to fix a sensor that was alerting that we did not even know about. The thought that they were proactive before something became a problem was ideal! From the beginning, I could not be happier with Holtzople. Mo did an outstanding job in listening to what I wanted and explaining the different options available that would fulfill my wants and needs. He did not pressure, but made sure I understood the pros and cons of each system form a performance and cost standpoint. Once I decided on a system, he set up a time that worked best for me to have the system installed. Holtzople sent the A team out. Andrew contacted me to let me know they were on the way and once there, Andrew, Dwane and Will discussed any concerns with me before they started. They pulled the old system out, kept the area clean and updated me with the progress and whenever there were any questions. Dwayne found the perfect spot for the return air duct and installed it after getting my agreement. The three of them worked like a well oiled machine and cleaned up after they were done. Andrew and Will walked me through setting up the thermostat app on my phone. They went through the entire system and pointed out the features in the quote, where they were located and how to perform the basics. Overall, I am very happy with the entire process from quote through install.

Just had an emergency visit to replace capacitor in one of my two HVAC units. Was able to schedule my favorite tech Kevin through the excellent front desk staff. Called in early morning and same day repair work - and Kevin fixed the problem even though the house electricity suddenly cut off halfway through the visit due to the remnants of Hurricane Debby coming through. Our family been with Holtzople since 2008 with the installation and maintenance of two TRANE heat pump units. We have always been extremely happy with Holtzople. Their expertise and knowledge of HVAC operations is superb. But most importantly, from the HVAC techs and Kevin to the front office staff, the people at Holtzople are kind, helpful and genuinely interested in taking care of us. This shows in our semiannual service plan visits as well as the rare emergency needs that pop up like the situation discussed above. And we have been very happy with our TRANE HVAC units. We will have Holtzople as our HVAC company forever. We highly recommend them to all our local friends and neighbors in central Maryland. Simply a great company with great people. 👍
