I only used this suitcase 8 times (6 on airplanes) before stitching near the bottom separated. The closeness of the problem to the wheels forced the vendor to sew it by hand rather than by machine, which I would have preferred. He turned it around in just 3 days. In the last two weeks, the bag has been on 5 more planes and in the trunk of 2 rental cars. The repair is holding up beautifully.

Great service and unbelievable prices!

I took this piece of luggage to Zeka and they were able to repair the most serious damage -- and I used this garment bag for a trip to Hawaii in November and it held up beautifully! And, most importantly, the price for what I considered extensive repairs was very, very reasonable!

We were quite satisfied with the service we received. The price was quite reasonable, the quality was good; the repair was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the service in store was prompt and courteous.

The owner was courteous, I wished to have a suitcase zipper repaired. The owner pointed out a scond tear in the ipper than I had not noticed. He repaired both tear within a week and at a very reasonable cost.

When dropping off the luggage, they were very direct. An evaluation of the repair was done and I was quoted immediately. The repair was completed in a week and looks great. I've used the suit case since then and it has held up.

They take good care of the stuff. They are timely and they do a good job. They actually saved a suitcase that my husband was going to throw out. The price was low enough that I was happy and I didn't say and ldquo;Oh my gosh, I can't believe I spent that much.and rdquo; It was good.

Zeka quoted me a $5 price to fix it and said they might not have a matching rivet. I asked if it would hold and was told it would, so that was fine with me; I did not care how it looked. However, when I picked up the suitcase the rivet matched the others and it is as good as new. What a GREAT VALUE, even at twice the price. My local shoe repair was going to send it out for repair, and I know that would have cost much more. The suitcase was also ready when they said it would be.
