My daughter ordered an FTD fall flower arrangement  for my birthday and paid to have the arrangement upgraded to a larger size.  When she saw the arrangement she was disappointed, as it appeared much smaller than anticipated.  I pulled up a picture of the arrangement on the internet, realized that it was not only not the upgraded size, but it actually contained fewer blooms than the standard (smaller) size pictured.  I contacted the company, as did my daughter, and nothing was done to provide any kind of credit.  Very disappointing customer service.

We have a long-time relationship with Wilhide's for local and wire delivery. Our most memorable experience with them was many years ago when one of our daughter's high school friends was killed in an accident. We had a very specific need for flowers and for a quick delivery. Wilhide's was the only local florist who would work with us and guarantee delivery. Their service was personal, sincere, and reliable.

Item arrived after 5 pm on expected day of delivery in poor condition, much smaller than expected and with flowers wilting as if it had been sitting around for days before delivery. For a quarter of the price I could have gone to a grocery store and gotten a much better arrangement.
